Lacrosse is a fast-moving team sport that combines passing, catching, running, and teamwork. You do not need prior experience to join Union Lacrosse. Coaches help new players learn the fundamentals and gain confidence.
WHICH PROGRAM FITS MY PLAYER?
Youth Lacrosse serves grades K-8 in the Indian Nations Lacrosse Conference (INLC). High School Lacrosse serves grades 9-12 in the Oklahoma Lacrosse Association (OLA). Both are part of one Union K-12 program.
WHAT DO WE NEED?
Start with a lacrosse stick and ask your coach for the current protective equipment checklist before buying everything. Requirements can vary by level and type of play.
